How can I check my order status?

After making a purchase you will be sent an email with confirmation, there you can click "View your oder" to see more info about your order. You will also receive an email when your order is shipped out.

How do I cancel my order?

To cancel an order that hasn't been shipped out yet you can contact our customer support, for orders that have been shipped out already we do not provide cancelation.

What is your guarantee and refund policy?

We offer returns within 30 days of the date you received it for damaged or mislabeled products, we do not offer returns for buyer's remorse.

Please contact us before sending back any returns to make sure they are eligible.

Additionally make sure you put items back in their original packaging before you send them back to us. All products are subject to inspection once we receive them.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Chances of receiving defective item is very rare but it could happen. Please take pictures of a product which shows defect clearly & contact our support to check if it's eligible for replacement.

How long does the refund take?

Once we receive your item, a refund is initiated immediately. All major credit card providers generally take 5-7 business days to process your refund before it appears in your bank account.
